Ordering and Payment FAQs---

I want to place an order on the phone, how do I do that?

Sorry we are unable to process phone orders at this time.

What if I need a question answered about a part, an order or shipping?

You can use the "Contact Us" link at the top right of the webpage. Our business hours are 8:00am-5:00pm EST,  Monday-Friday.

Do you have a "Order Minimum"?
We do not require that you meet an order minimum.

What kind of payment methods do you require?
We accept any major credit card, debit card or echeck via PayPal Payment Services.

Is my transaction secure?
Yes it is. We use PayPal because it is a safe and secure payment provider so we never see your personal financial information.
We also use a secure SSL server at Inmotionhosting.com.

Do I need to create an account login to order?
While creating an account has its benefits (faster ordering, order tracking, newsletter preferences etc.) you do not need to create an account to purchase at all.

How about adding to my order?
As long as we get the information before we start processing it we can add to an order, after it is packaged we can't do it. Sorry

What if I want to cancel my order?
Please feel free to contact us so we can resolve any issues.
You can cancel your order any time before it is processed and shipped. Once we pay for the shipping though, we can't give a refund for that portion of it.  Please be timely.

I ordered the wrong part, what do I do?
Please see our "Shipping and Returns" page.

I received the wrong part, what do I do?
Contact us with the mistake and we will send the right part to you within 1 business day. We will pay for the shipping in this situation.

Discount FAQs---

Do you have coupon codes for discounts?
We may periodically offer a coupon code for a discount in social media, at a website promoting our website or in our newsletter.

Do you discount your on-line items, say when I would buy a hundred of something?
Not unless we have a sale on a given part. Many of our prices are very low to begin with, many items we sell are not common and are difficult to find.

Shipping and Tracking FAQs---

I just placed my order when will you ship it?
Generally within 1 business day.
Orders placed before 1:00pm EST will ship that day excluding very large orders placed near the cut off time.
If you ordered on a weekend or holiday then we will ship the next business day.

Do you offer tracking on shipping?
We sure do, just look for the email from us saying your order has shipped and it will contain a tracking number that you can use on the USPS website to track your package to you.

How long does a package usually take to get to its destination?
Using the information from the USPS website and depending on whether it was shipped First Class Mail or Priority Mail it could take 2-5 days.
These are USPS estimates, we can not guarantee delivery times.

Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, We need your phone number for the "Customs Form" and we will use First Class International and Priority International Mail for your package. When we ship the order we will send a email with the "Customs Form" number that you can use once it reaches your country to track your package.

It has been 3 weeks since I placed my order from "Name of Country Here" and I haven't received it yet?
Sometimes a package gets hung up at Customs or your Post Office. Just contact either one of them and use the "Customs Form" number to find help on its location. Unfortunately this is an infrequent, maddening but normal occurrence.

General FAQs---

I see that you don't sell an item, is it possible to request that you carry it?
You sure can, just use the "Contact Us" link located in the top right corner of the page.

I have a bunch of surplus parts, would you be interested?
Sure, just use the "Contact Us" form or Email us HERE and include documents showing the Inventory and Prices.
