ResistorsA Carbon Film Resistor consists of carbon particles deposited on a substrate with a portion cut out of it to create a resistive path. Resistances vary greatly from micro ohms to mega ohms and can be found in power rating ranges from 1/8 watt to 5 watts. The typical carbon film resistor has an operating temperature range from -55 degrees Celsius to 155 degrees Celsius with maximum voltage ranges up to and including 600 volts. We stock both ¼-watt and 1/2-watt carbon film resistors in a multitude of values.
